• 3 small cleaning and application sponges;
• 2 nitrile gloves.

Leather Steering Wheel Set is specially designed to restore the color of worn and scratched black leather steering wheels. The set includes all the necessary tools to restore the color and surface appearance of the steering wheel. The included instructions help you achieve a professional result.

The products are easy to use even for inexperienced users. The kit includes a detailed instruction manual that guides you through the entire upgrade process step by step. All necessary accessories are also included for convenient use.

Instructions for use:

Before using any products, test them on an inconspicuous area first to avoid any unwanted changes to the steering wheel surface. It is also recommended to wear protective gloves throughout the process.

Cleaning is the basis for a perfect result:

• Fill an empty foam dispensing bottle with Leather Cleaner Mild;
• Apply foam to the sponge;
• Never apply the product directly to the steering wheel;
• Clean the entire surface of the steering wheel with foam;
• Slightly dampen the cloth provided and remove dirt and detergent residue;
• Allow the surface to dry completely;
• If necessary, repeat the cleaning process.

Sanding – to ensure smooth transitions:

• Carefully smooth out rough or damaged areas with a sanding sponge.

Degreasing – for optimal adhesion:

• Apply a few drops of Degreaser to the cloth provided and spread evenly;
• Allow the surface to dry thoroughly again.

Tip: To test adhesion, apply a piece of tape and peel it off. If the tape sticks firmly, the surface is properly prepared.

Painting – for targeted steering wheel renovation:

• Shake Leather Fresh well;
• Apply the product with a sponge by patting it;
• Never apply it directly to the steering wheel;
• After each thin layer, dry the surface with a hairdryer;
• Apply several thin layers for an even result;
• After painting, the surface must dry for 24 hours.

For older steering wheels:

• Use Elephant Leather Preserver;
• Apply a small amount of skin balm to the third cloth and spread evenly without pressing;
• Leave to soak overnight;
• The next day, buff thoroughly to restore the natural texture of the leather;
• If additional skin nourishment is not required, skip straight to step 5 (protection).

Tips:

• Unevenly applied color can be carefully sanded with a sanding sponge and repainted;
• Leather Fresh can also be used on artificial leather and plastic surfaces;
• Pay special attention to seams and areas where different colors meet.

Protection – for a new-looking and protected surface:
The skin must be dry, clean and free of residue for at least 24 hours before applying the protective product.

Usage:

• Apply a few drops of Leather Shield onto a sponge;
• Spread the product in a thin and even layer, without rubbing hard;
• Usually one layer is enough;
• Repeat only in case of extremely sensitive or highly absorbent skin;
• After that, dry the surface with a hairdryer.

Maintenance intervals:

• For intensively used leather surfaces (exposed to sunlight or frequently used) – every 3 months;
• For leather surfaces in regular use – every 6-12 months.
