4.1. We assure you that we collect your personal data only for lawful reasons, i.e. Your personal data is collected and processed only by:
4.1.1. When purchasing goods between you and us, we conclude a sales contract and process your data on this basis;

5.1. You can always refuse to give the rights to use your personal data for additional processing, that is for analysis and marketing purposes only. However, there is no way to complete the purchase without the required data for ordering, because we cannot complete such an order.
6. TO WHOM IS TRANSMITTED MY PERSONAL DATA?
6.1. Personal data is only communicated to trusted third parties with whom we have entered an agreement and only to the extent that is necessary for the provision of the service. To provide the proper services for you, we will transfer your personal data to the following partners:
6.1.1. Courier companies that deliver goods to you at the addresses indicated;
