We respect our customers, so we offer only the highest quality goods! If the item does not meet expectations or will not fit for your car, we will pay for the courier services to pick up inappropriate item and will refund the money.
We ask you to follow the rules below to keep things going smoothly.
You must use our courier service to return goods free of charge and deliver the item to the pick-up point in Vilnius, Laisves pr. 60 (Spaudos Rūmai) or use another method that is convenient for you, which costs you will cover yourself.

Openauto.eu has the right to refuse money refund for goods if:

• the returned goods have been used
• the returned goods are without original labels;
• the returned goods are in bad condition, damaged;
• the returned goods were made specifically for you (e.g. car interior covers for a particular car).

 

When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

• the returned item must be in the original order packaging;
• the item must be intact;
• the item must not have lost its appearance(not damaged labels, cracked protective films, etc.) (this point is not applicable, when the defective product is returned);
• the returned item must be the same as the one at the time of purchase;
• the purchase documents of the items are presented at the same time with the goods.

 

Terms and form of repayment

You can cancel the order and return the goods within 14 business days from the date of delivery, except when the product was manufactured under a special order.
The return item must be packed in a box or bag, sealed, the address of Openauto.eu must be clearly marked on the packaging: Vilnius, Laisvės pr. 60., Lithuania.
Returns are delivered to the Openauto.eu point, staff evaluates whether the terms of the return have been met and whether the products are not damaged. If everything is done properly, the money will be transferred to the bank account within 5 business days from the date of return. In case of non-compliance, the product itself is returned to the customer.

 

Guarantee period

All products sold by Openauto.eu are provided with a one-year quality guarantee, which takes effect from the date of sale. If you notice that the purchased product is defective, you must inform the Openauto.eu administration immediately. When a factory defect is detected, the item will be replaced by a new one or the store will return the money.
