Premium quality carnauba wax. Contains the highest quality carnauba wax, which ensures long-lasting protection and shine of treated surfaces.
After use, the surface becomes extremely smooth and has excellent hydrophobic - water-repellent - properties. The sealing components create a smooth surface with advanced hydrophobicity. The result is a significantly brighter, high-gloss finish. Only a small amount of Hand Wax W0.01 is needed to be very effective, and therefore very economical.
Before polishing and sealing, clean/wash the vehicle thoroughly with an alkaline solution (e.g. with Green Star, do not use shampoos with wax). Pre-treat coarse dirt such as tree sap, rust film, resin, etc. with cleaning clay, tar wash, etc. Paint preparation for heavily and moderately weathered paint. Depending on the condition, treat the paint with the sanding varnish Heavy Cut (H9.01) or Fine Cut (F6.01) (see product information Heavy Cut H9.01 and Fine Cut F6.01). Remove residues completely with a professional microfibre cloth. Lightly weathered paint (hologram removal) for glossy Micro Cut (M3.02) can be treated with an eccentric with forced rotation (e.g. Makita PO5000C) and a Micro Cut Pad (see product information Micro Cut M3.02). Completely remove the residue with a professional microfibre cloth. Wipe all surfaces with a clean professional microfibre cloth soaked in silicone and wax remover, applying slight pressure and immediately before drying, wipe with another professional microfibre cloth with the other hand. This is the only way to completely remove surfactants, drying agents, oils contained in polishes, etc. and to avoid cross-linking problems with the hand wax. Attention: The silicone and wax remover must be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:4 to avoid possible matting. Polish the last sections with another clean professional microfibre cloth without pressure. The varnish should now have a scratch- and hologram-free surface in sunlight or under a varnish control sodium vapour lamp. After this step, the varnish should not be touched with the palms/fingers (risk of cross-linking disruption, wear gloves). The surface is now perfectly prepared for the hand wax. To apply, lightly press the included sponge into the can and spread the wax evenly over the surface. Allow the wax to dry and polish with a microfiber cloth. Always work the insects first, e.g. the entire engine cover and only then the next component.
