REMA SC4000 is a two-component, room temperature curing chloroprene-based liquid rubber adhesive which, when catalyzed with an appropriate amount of hardener E40, provides high strength adhesion.
REMA SC4000 is ideal for use in lining applications where rubber to rubber, rubber to fabric, rubber to steel, rubber to concrete, fiberglass and urethane are bonded, as well as for bonding and repairing fabric conveyor belts. This system is also recommended for repairing existing containers and rubber components.
Mixing instructions:
Mix REMA SC4000 cement and 30 grams of E40 hardener (E40 hardener must be purchased separately). The mixed portion must be used within 2 hours.
