ERGO series 500 daN belts differ from standard 50 mm wide belts with a tensioner in their tensioner size and design.

A larger, stronger tensioner with a longer lever allows for better strap tensioning parameters, so the load is pressed more firmly to the bottom and secured more securely.

A longer lever and a more powerful tensioner allow you to tighten the belt more strongly than standard belts with the same force. 500 daN means that the load will be pressed to the bottom with a force of 500 daN, i.e. 500 kg. The STF parameter of standard 50 mm tensioners ranges from 300 to 400 daN (depending on the manufacturer).
