WYNNS DPF and GPF filter cleaner without dismantling, 500 ml

Foam-based DPF cleaner that can be used without removing the filter.
This is a solution to the problem when the DPF contamination is high enough, 40-70%, and using a cleaner through the fuel does not help.

Instructions for use:

Pre-use checks:

• Check for fault codes and confirm that the particulate filter is clogged
• Check engine oil level. If oil is contaminated, use Wynn's Oil System Clean (Flush) and change oil and filter.
• Before processing, make sure the vehicle has at least ¼ tank of fuel
• Start the vehicle and let it warm up to operating temperature and then turn off the engine.
• If it is a Euro 6 diesel car, disconnect the air flow sensor to prevent the low pressure EGR valve from operating during the treatment.

Usage:

• Feed the applicator tube directly into the particulate filter through the metal pressure sensor tube, temperature sensor or oxygen sensor. Make sure the sensor you choose is below the turbine to prevent product from flowing back into the engine.
• Spray DPF and GPF car cleaner into the particulate filter until the product container is empty.
• Let the product soak in for 15-30 minutes.
• Reinstall the pressure sensor tube or temperature/oxygen sensor
• After the soak time, restart the engine and let it idle for 5 minutes, then run the engine for 5 minutes at 2,000-2,500 rpm.
• If the air flow sensor has been disconnected, reconnect it.
• Clear fault codes and reset the particulate filter data if necessary
• Do a longer road test.
